Dairy

100% Grass fed Milk, Yogurt & Cheese
We sell fresh, un-homogonized milk from our small herd of Red Poll cows. The cows graze year-round on diverse pastures and keep their calves at foot — a cow-and-calf system that puts animal welfare first.

Our milk is available in reusable glass bottles at the farm and through local stockists.

We also work with award-winning cheesemaker Carrie Rimes at Cosyn Cymru, who uses our milk to craft small-batch yogurt and cheese, available seasonally.

100% Grass-Fed Beef boxes

Once a month, we offer a limited number of beef boxes from our Red Poll cattle — born and raised here on the farm through our dairy. These animals are slowly grown on 100% pasture, never fed grain, and are part of a rotational grazing system that builds soil and supports biodiversity.

Boxes vary slightly each month and include a mix of slow-cook cuts, steaks, and mince.

Pasture Raised Duck Eggs

Our ducks follow the cows across the pasture in mobile coops, foraging for bugs and plants and playing a valuable role in pest control and fertility. The result is deeply flavoured, rich-yolked duck eggs from a low-input, regenerative system.

Available from the honesty box on the farm and selected local shops.

Fruit and Veg (New to 2025)

We’ve partnered with Phil from Smithy Farm to grow a wide range of seasonal, organic fruit and veg here at Pentrefelin. Phil uses no-dig and regenerative methods, supplying fresh produce through our farm shop and local box scheme.
