A proper selection of our 100% grass-fed Red Poll beef, reared slowly on pasture here at Pentrefelin.
This box is designed to give you a balance of steaks, slow-cook cuts and everyday meals, everything you need for a week or two of proper eating.
What’s inside:
- Prime steaks (1.2–1.6kg)
Fillet, ribeye, sirloin or rump - Roasting joint (2.0–2.5kg)
Perfect for a Sunday roast - Slow-cook cuts (1.0–1.2kg)
Shin, chuck, short rib or similar - Mince or diced beef (2.0kg)

Why our boxes are different:
All our beef is sold nose-to-tail from whole animals raised on the farm.
That means no shortcuts, no standardised supermarket cuts, just real beef, properly butchered.
Each box may vary slightly depending on the animal, but you’ll always receive a fair balance of cuts and full value for weight.
