A smaller version of our family box, ideal for couples, smaller households or trying our beef for the first time.
All from our 100% grass-fed Red Poll cattle, reared slowly on pasture here at Pentrefelin.
What’s inside:
- Prime steaks (500–700g)
Fillet, ribeye, sirloin or rump - Roasting joint (1.0–1.3kg)
Perfect for a smaller Sunday roast - Slow-cook cuts (500–700g)
Shin, chuck, short rib or similar - Mince or diced beef (1.0kg)

Why our boxes are different:
We sell our beef nose-to-tail from whole animals raised on the farm.
That means no standardised supermarket cuts, just properly butchered, high-quality beef.
Each box varies slightly depending on the animal, but you’ll always receive a balanced selection and full value for weight.

As all our boxes are packed from whole animals, we can’t guarantee every request, but we’ll always try where possible.
