Good land. Good farming. Strong partnerships.

I am a genuine, ambitious farmer who has spent over a 6 years building Pentrefelin Dairy from the ground up. I believe there is an opportunity to produce exceptional food while improving how land is managed. I am now looking for landowners and estates who share this vision for sustainable, productive farming.

What we have built

I started Pentrefelin with four Red Poll heifers. Over the past six years we have built it into a working farming and food business in North Wales. Today we run a cow-and-calf dairy, produce 100% grass-fed beef, grow food, process our own milk, run a farm shop and supply local hospitality businesses.

That mix of farming and food matters to me. It means we are not just producing raw ingredients — we are building relationships with the people who eat and use what we produce.

How we might work together

I want to grow Pentrefelin beyond our original farm, but I know that the right opportunity has to work for everyone involved. I am open to talking about agricultural tenancies, grazing agreements, contract farming, joint ventures and estate partnerships.

These are possibilities I am interested in exploring, not a list of services we already provide elsewhere. The important thing is finding a sensible fit between the land, the people who own it and the way we farm. I would also be happy to have an informal conversation where there is no immediate opportunity on the table.

I love what we've built here and know the same approach could work on other farms. I believe there's an opportunity to produce serious food, improve how land is managed and build farming businesses that are financially sustainable. I am ambitious, but I understand that expansion takes time, investment, hard work and the right people. It's about building something that lasts.

Looking after the land

I believe good farming should produce good food, look after the land and make enough money to keep investing into the future. For us, that means practical livestock systems, healthy soils, better habitat and farming that remains productive over time.

I am ambitious about what Pentrefelin could become, but I am realistic too. Growing into a recognised farming and food business will take time, the right opportunities and good relationships with landowners, farmers and estates.

Let's connect

I'd be glad to hear from you. I'm always interested in meeting people who share my enthusiasm for farming and what it could become. Whether you own a farm, manage an estate or simply have an idea worth discussing, feel free to get in touch.
